Tour Description
Wash away Karma
The Annapurna Circuit is not just a route, it is one of the most beautiful tracks in the world, a living picture painted by nature itself. Here, every step is a new brushstroke, every turn of the trail is a change of scenery.
You will start your journey in the green jungle, where vines intertwine like snakes, and the air is filled with the aroma of exotic flowers. Then you will rise to the high-mountain deserts, the landscapes there resemble Martian chronicles, the air becomes rarefied, like in space. You will cross the Thorong La Pass (5416 m), which the locals call the Pass of Achievement – one of the highest in the world, where the sky merges with the earth, and the soul – with eternity. Descend to the Muktinath Valley, where there is a sacred temple revered by both Hindus and Buddhists, there, according to legend, you can wash away the sins of a hundred lives.
After that, we will spend a few days at the Panorama Inn Mustang, immersing ourselves in various practices: we will do yoga, meditate, practice pranayama, listen to singing bowls, and also get acquainted with Osho techniques and other spiritual practices.
Ritual of Rebirth
This track is not just a physical test, it is a journey to the origins of the universe, to yourself. You will see how only the surrounding world and your own perception of reality changes. You will feel how your body and spirit merge with nature, how you become a part of this majestic world.
You will visit ancient villages and meet locals who live in harmony with nature and their traditions. You will taste local cuisine prepared according to ancient recipes and hear stories that have been passed down from generation to generation.
This track is like a ritual of rebirth that will help you cleanse your karma, find answers to long-tormented questions and discover new facets of yourself. You will return home as a different person – stronger, wiser and more harmonious.

Sightseeing in Kathmandu
Diving into the labyrinth of time and karma
Today we will go on a journey through the cultural space of Kathmandu. Here, every temple is a portal to the past, and every stupa is an accumulator of karmic energy. We will visit ancient temples and monasteries, where time has frozen like resin, and where you can hear the whispers of the gods.
You will see Swayambhunath, the temple of monkeys, where, according to legend, Buddha himself meditated, and Pashupatinath, the temple of Shiva, where cremation rituals are held, reminding us of the transience of life. Kathmandu is home to the Goddess Kumari, a living embodiment of divinity in the body of a little girl. Locals believe that seeing the goddess dooms you to happiness for life.
You will stroll through the bustling markets of Kathmandu, where every street is a kaleidoscope of colors and smells, and every trader is a storyteller ready to tell you an amazing story. This day is not just an excursion, it is an immersion into a world where reality intertwines with myths, where the past and the present merge, creating a unique atmosphere.

Travel from Kathmandu to Chame
Serpentine of Destiny and Gates to the World of Mountains
Today we leave the bustling Kathmandu and head to Cham, a village located at the foot of Annapurna, where the mountains meet the sky and reality dissolves in the clouds. Our path will pass along winding mountain roads.
Landscapes will flash past your windows that will make you forget about the hustle and bustle of city life. You will see terraced fields where farmers grow rice as if painting pictures on the ground, turbulent rivers, villages where time has stopped and life flows in harmony with nature.
Chame is the gateway to the world of mountains, where the air is pure and clear, and the sky seems closer than ever. Here you can feel the breath of the Himalayas.
This day is a transition from one world to another, from the bustle of civilization to the kingdom of nature. This is the beginning of your journey to the heights, to yourself, to eternity.

Crossing from Chame to Pisang
Metamorphoses of the landscape and the rock that challenges the sky
Today we continue our ascent, but be prepared for a surprise: the landscape around you will be transformed as if by magic. We will leave behind the green forests and enter the kingdom of Nyeshang – a high-altitude desert where rocks, like ancient idols, rise above the lifeless land.
The trail winds along the river to Bratang, a village hidden among the rocks, where time passes more slowly and the air is filled with the scent of juniper and sagebrush. From here the valley narrows and the trail becomes steeper, as if testing our endurance.
But the reward for our efforts will be the view of Paungda Danda, a giant rock that rises 1,500 meters above the river like a challenge to the sky. This rock is not just a natural formation, it is a symbol that will help us overcome all the difficulties on the way.
By evening we will reach Pisang, a village located at an altitude of 3190 meters, where a cozy hotel and a warm welcome from locals await us. Here we will be able to rest after a long trek, enjoy the peace and quiet, and try the local cuisine, which will surprise you with its variety and taste.

Crossing from Pisang to Manang
Choosing a path and whispering ancient prayers in Braga
Today you have a choice: to follow the beaten path or to turn onto a trail that leads to uncharted peaks. The first path is shorter, but the second is more interesting, as it passes through the villages of Ngawal and Gyaru, from where views worthy of Roerich’s brush open up.
But we will take the shorter route to save our strength for future exploits. The trail will take us along the Marsyangdi River, which, like a silver thread, winds through the rocks and forests. We will pass the village of Hongde, where there is a police checkpoint – a reminder that even in this lost world there are rules and laws.
Then our path will take us to Mungli, where we will be met by Braga – a village, as if frozen in the amber of time, keeping the spirit of past centuries. Here is an ancient gompa – a Buddhist monastery, the walls of which keep the memory of centuries of prayers and meditations.
After Braga, we will have a short climb to Manang, a village located at an altitude of 3,540 meters. Here we will stay overnight in a cozy hotel, where we will be able to taste local cuisine prepared according to ancient recipes and share impressions of the past day.

A day in Manang
Acclimatization in the arms of ice giants
Today we will take a break in our ascent to allow our bodies to get used to the thin air and gain strength before new peaks. But don’t think that this will be a day of boredom and idleness! Manang is a place where you can touch eternity and feel the breath of glaciers.
Here, at an altitude of 3540 meters, you can stroll through narrow streets, visit an ancient monastery where monks keep the secrets of Tibetan medicine.
Milarepa's Cave: The Abode of the Tibetan Yogi
In the Mananga Valley, among the rocks and glaciers, there is a place shrouded in legend and mysticism – the Milarepa Cave. This 11th-century Tibetan yogi and poet, famous for his spiritual feats and doha songs, spent years here in meditation and asceticism. It is said that Milarepa found enlightenment in this cave, and his songs still echo in these mountains, reminding us of eternal truths and the power of the human spirit.

Trek from Manang to Yak Kharka
Ascent to the Pastures of the Winds and the Snow Ghosts
Today we leave the comfort of Manang and head to the Jarsang Khola Valley, the kingdom of winds and snow ghosts. The path, like the thread of fate, will lead us up to Yak Kharka, where the sky becomes closer and the mountains become more real.
We will walk through a forest where juniper guards the peace of these places. With each step the air will become thinner and thinner, and the landscape will become more severe.
Along the way we will see Gangapurna and Annapurna III – ice giants guarding the entrance to this lost world, their peaks crowned with snow.
By midday we will reach Yak Kharki, a high mountain pasture where yaks, like shaggy clouds, graze on green meadows. Here we will rest and observe the life of local people who have lived in harmony with nature for centuries.
In the evening, when the sun disappears behind the horizon and the sky above Yak Kharka shines with thousands of stars, you will see that you are at the edge of the world, where time has stopped and the soul merges with eternity.

Trekking from Yak Harka to Thorong Phedi
Playing hide and seek with mountain spirits and spending the night on the threshold of heaven
Today is a prelude to the main test, a warm-up before climbing the Thorong La Pass. But don’t think it will be an easy walk! The trail, like a mountain spirit, will play hide-and-seek with you, sometimes soaring up, sometimes diving down, sometimes disappearing around a bend.
We will leave the comfort of Yak Kharki and head to the Jarzang Khola valley, the landscape will be harsh and majestic.
We will cross the Jharsang Khola River, which cuts through the valley like a thread, and climb a scree slope where every step will require maximum concentration. The reward will be the village of Thorong Phedi, which will be our shelter for the night.
Thorong Phedi is not just a village, it is the threshold of heaven, the air is thin, the stars seem closer than ever. Here we will rest before tomorrow’s ascent, prepare to meet the mountain spirits and snow leopards that live on the Thorong La pass.

Trekking from Thorong Phedi to Thorong La Pass and Muktinath
Ascent to the roof of the world and descent into the valley of enlightenment
Today is the day to challenge not only the mountains, but yourself. The journey to the Thorong La Pass (5416 m) is not just trekking, it is a rite of passage, an ascent to the roof of the world.
With each step you will feel how your body and spirit merge with the mountains. Breath will become part of the wind, thoughts – part of the clouds, and the heart – part of eternity. You will cross several false peaks, each of which will seem real to you, but only when you reach Thorong La, you will understand that it was only a test, a check of your strength and endurance.
From the pass you will see a view that is impossible to describe in words. The endless expanses of the Himalayas, snow-capped peaks stretching beyond the horizon, and a bottomless sky in which all your thoughts and worries dissolve.
Then the descent to Muktinath, the valley of enlightenment, where the sacred temple of 108 springs is located, revered by both Hindus and Buddhists. Here you can wash away the burden of past lives, cleanse your karma and find inner harmony.
You will return to Muktinath as a different person – stronger, wiser and more enlightened.

Relaxation and practice at Panorama Inn Mustang
Retreat for body and soul on the roof of the world
After the climb, we will stop for a well-deserved rest at the Panorama Inn Mustang, located at an altitude of 3,750 meters. This retreat center will become our oasis of harmony and restoration.
Cozy rooms with breathtaking panoramic views of the Muktinath Valley await you, where every sunset turns into a real work of art.
But the highlight of the hotel is its unique bathhouse. Imagine: you steamed in the highest mountain bathhouse in the world, where the heat penetrates every cell of the body, and a birch broom sweeps away all worries and fatigue from the soul. After the steam room, you plunge into a cool font, as if into a mountain lake, and feel how the energy of nature fills you from within.
