Trek to Everest Base Camp
The Everest Base Camp Trek is a journey to the very top of the world, to a place that many call “the roof of the world”. A journey into the heart of the Himalayas will give you many impressions and the opportunity to see the majestic peaks of the world. On this trek, you will ascend to the Everest Base Camp (8,848 m) and see such peaks as Lhotse (8,516 m), Makalu (8,485 m), Cho Oyu (8,188 m) and Ama Dablam (6,812 m). These giants create a breathtaking landscape that will not leave anyone indifferent.
Your route will take you through the Sagarmatha National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site rich in its unique ecosystem. Dense forests of rhododendrons, birches and junipers will be your companions throughout the trek. Rare animals such as snow leopard, musk deer and Himalayan tahr can be seen here, making the trek even more exciting and educational.

SIGHTSEEING IN KATHMANDU

Today we will go on a journey through the cultural space of Kathmandu. Here, every temple is a portal to the past, and every stupa is an accumulator of karmic energy. We will visit ancient temples and monasteries, where time has frozen like resin, and where you can hear the whispers of the gods.
You will see Swayambhunath, the temple of monkeys, where, according to legend, Buddha himself meditated, and Pashupatinath, the temple of Shiva, where cremation rituals are held, reminding us of the transience of life. Today your real adventure begins. We will embark on an exciting drive and flight from Kathmandu to Lukla in a small plane, enjoying stunning views of the Himalayas. Upon arrival in Lukla we will meet a team of porters who will help with your luggage.
Lukla, located at an altitude of 2840 meters, will be your first step into the world of the Himalayas. This small town, famous for its extreme airport, is considered the gateway to the Everest region. In Lukla, we will spend the first night, acclimating to the altitude and preparing for the upcoming trek.

Horseback riding: Meeting with the Spirit of the Mountains
The morning begins with an awakening yoga and meditation practice that will put you in tune with the natural world. After breakfast, we will saddle our trusty horses and set off to the heart of the Himalayas – Namche Bazaar.
We will cross suspension bridges that swing over rushing streams and breathe in the clean mountain air filled with the scent of pine and wild flowers. As we climb, the views of snow-capped peaks reaching into the endless sky become more and more breathtaking.

REST DAY IN NAMCHE BAZAAR
Namche - Ancient Center
Our day starts with morning yoga and meditation. Acclimatization is about going up higher, enjoying the stunning view, securing the heights and going back down. Today we will hike to the Everest viewpoint, and along the way we will see the village of Khumjung (where the Yeti scalp is kept).
Namche Bazaar is not only an important trade center of the region, this place served as a crossroad of cultures and traditions, and this spirit is still preserved, you can easily feel it. We will visit the Sherpa Culture Museum, where you will learn about the life and traditions of this unique people. We will walk through the local cafes, along the streets there are small shops where you can try Nepalese coffee, tea and delicious local cuisine.
What makes Namche Bazaar unique is its location. The village is built like an amphitheatre on the mountainside, with stunning views of snow-capped peaks like Kangtega and Thamserku from every corner. In the evenings, Namche Bazaar comes alive in a new way. Tourists and legendary climbers gather in cozy cafes, sharing their stories and plans. The warm light of candles and lamps, the smell of freshly brewed tea and the sounds of conversations create a unique atmosphere of coziness and friendliness in the Himalayas. We will walk through the picturesque village of Dingboche, enjoying the warm smiles and hospitality of the locals. As we climb higher, we will see how the landscape gradually changes. Green meadows give way to harsh rocks and rocky mountains. The views of the surrounding peaks, such as Ama Dablam and Lhotse, create a breathtaking panorama. The grandeur and beauty of these mountain ranges enhance the feeling of unity with nature.

To the icy heart of the Himalayas
The morning begins with a class on proper breathing at altitude and meditation. Today’s horseback trek takes us to the village of Lobuche, located at an altitude of 4,910 meters. The path will pass along the Khumbu glacier, one of the largest and most famous in the Himalayas, it stretches for many kilometers, forming a unique landscape. We will ride through the Khumbu Snow Gates – narrow passages between high ice walls, creating an impressive spectacle.
Lobuche is home to a memorial to climbers who died while attempting to climb Everest. The memorial is a reminder of the difficulties and dangers that climbers face and a tribute to their courage and resilience.
The locals in Lobuche live a difficult life due to the harsh conditions of the highlands, but their hospitality is unfailing. In Lobuche we will relax by the wood fire, enjoying the warmth after a long day of trekking.

The Path to the Roof of the World and the Return to the Abode of the Spirit
The day begins with morning yoga and mountain breathing practice. Today comes the culmination of your journey – a morning hike to Everest Base Camp. After breakfast, we will saddle our trusty horses and set off on the way to Everest Base Camp, the place where heaven and earth meet.
Here, at an altitude of 5,364 meters, you will feel the power and grandeur of this legendary place. The day will be one of the most memorable in our journey. The path from Lobuche to Gorakshep, the last settlement before the Everest base camp, will be steep and difficult. Gorakshep, located at an altitude of 5,180 meters, is the last high-altitude point of civilization in the whole world.
Here all living things end: further only the harsh beauty of mountains and glaciers, filling you with a feeling of solitude and unity with nature. Gorakshep itself is an amazing place. Once a lake, dried up over time, it is now home to one of the highest settlements in the world, where trekkers can rest before the final push to Everest Base Camp.

This day will be a harmonious end to your transcendental journey.
