Illustration of Ancient Wisdom
Bhutan is not just a geographical point on the map, it is a special state of mind, hidden in the arms of the Himalayas. This small Buddhist oasis is like a living illustration from an ancient book of wisdom. Here time flows at its own pace, and reality is intricately intertwined with ancient myths and legends. Our tour “Treasures of Bhutan” is an invitation to an amazing journey beyond the boundaries of everyday life, to a world where spirituality permeates every corner of nature, every stone and every petal.
TOUR DESCRIPTION
Mystical Kingdom
You will soar like an eagle above snow-capped peaks and land in Paro, where an ancient fortress will greet you like a silent guardian at the threshold of eternity. You will walk through the winding streets of Thimphu, the capital, where monks in crimson robes and businessmen in formal suits harmoniously coexist in the rhythm of Buddhist philosophy. You will visit Punakha, the ancient capital, where dzongs, fortress-monasteries, proudly rise above the confluence of two rivers, as if embodying the eternal dance of male and female principles.
Treasure of Bhutan
But the true treasure of Bhutan is its people. Their smiles radiate genuine joy, their hearts are open to every guest, and their faith is unshakable, like the rocks of the Himalayas. You will feel it when communicating with locals, visiting monasteries and temples, participating in colorful traditional ceremonies. You will see it in the shining eyes of children playing in emerald meadows, in the wisdom of elders slowly rotating prayer wheels, in the serenity of monks immersed in meditation in secluded mountain caves. This tour is not just an acquaintance with the sights, it is a journey to yourself, to the origins of your soul.

SIGHTSEEING IN KATHMANDU
Diving into the labyrinth of time and karma
Today we will go on a journey through the cultural space of Kathmandu. Here, every temple is a portal to the past, and every stupa is an accumulator of karmic energy. We will visit ancient temples and monasteries, where time has frozen like resin, and where you can hear the whispers of the gods.
You will see Swayambhunath, the temple of monkeys, where, according to legend, Buddha himself meditated, and Pashupatinath, the temple of Shiva, where cremation rituals are held, reminding us of the transience of life. Kathmandu is home to the Goddess Kumari, a living embodiment of divinity in the body of a little girl. Locals believe that seeing the goddess dooms you to happiness for life.
You will stroll through the bustling markets of Kathmandu, where every street is a kaleidoscope of colors and smells, and every trader is a storyteller ready to tell you an amazing story. This day is not just an excursion, it is an immersion into a world where reality intertwines with myths, where the past and the present merge, creating a unique atmosphere.

Arrive Paro and transfer to Thimphu
Welcome to Bhutan!
The flight to Paro is one of the most spectacular of all mountain flights. Everest, Kanchanjunga, Makalu and other peaks of Bhutan such as Chomolhari, Jichu Drakai and Cherimgang can be seen. The green wall of hills known as the duars, or gateways to Bhutan from the plains, rises steadily higher up the forested slopes of the mountains, while to the north the vast snow-capped peaks of the inner Himalayas rise into the sky. Our representative will meet you and transfer you to Thimphu, the capital of Bhutan. Check in at the hotel. Dinner and overnight at the hotel. River view hotel or similar.

The Tiger's Nest
A full-day excursion to Taktshang Monastery, known as the Tiger’s Nest. It is one of Bhutan’s most sacred sites and an important pilgrimage destination. You will follow a trail that climbs slowly out of the valley, through fields and past four large prayer wheels turned by a stream. Continuing across open grassland, you climb the trail to a ridge where prayer flags rustle in the breeze next to a huge prayer wheel. Just beyond is the Taktshang Cafeteria at 9,200 feet, where you will stop to enjoy a hot drink and admire the stunning views of the monastery across the valley. Depending on your energy level, you can relax in the pleasant atmosphere of the cafeteria until lunch, or continue up the steep mile-long climb to another impressive viewpoint. You will return to the cafeteria to enjoy a delicious buffet of typical Bhutanese dishes. You can try emadaci (cheese dish with chili), vegetables with cheese sauce and other dishes.
