The Lost Tibetan Kingdom of Lo
Now imagine: a lost world where time is not an arrow but a pendulum, swinging lazily between the past and the future. Where Tibetan mantras are woven into the mountain wind, whispering the secrets of the Forbidden Kingdom of Lo. This is Upper Mustang, an anomalous zone of Nepal, where reality loses its usual contours.
TOUR DESCRIPTION
Doors to a world where everything is possible
Nepal is a country where legends are born. Here you will find more temples than houses, meet the living Goddess Kumari and see Everest, the roof of the world. In Nepal, time flows differently, and reality intertwines with myths, opening doors to a world where everything is possible.
We will go on an expedition through the labyrinths of history, following the ghosts of ancient caravans that for centuries transported along the Silk Road not only silk and spices, but also grains of Eastern wisdom. We will look into cave monasteries, where monks, like programmers of reality, rewrote the code of the universe. We will visit Lo Mantang, the capital of frozen time, where every house is a portal to the Middle Ages.
Blessing
Martian landscapes, icy peaks, bottomless gorges and oases of life – Mustang is like a puzzle assembled from contradictions. We will not be just tourists, but explorers conquering mountain trails in jeeps and on foot to assemble our own puzzle of impressions.
An experienced Lama will become our guide into the world of sacred rituals and ancient traditions. We will be able to take part in colorful ceremonies, hang password flags to enter the higher realms and even receive a personal Buddhist blessing that will fill our hearts with peace and joy.
Go beyond the usual reality
Every day in the Kingdom of Lo is a chance to rewrite your internal program, to get rid of the bugs and viruses accumulated in the bustle of cities. Here, among the ancient stones and the bottomless sky, we can reassemble ourselves anew, like a construction set, and create a new, improved version of ourselves.
Traveling to Mustang is not just a change of scenery, it is a catalyst for personal growth and spiritual transformation, a reboot of consciousness and an opportunity to go beyond the usual reality, which will forever change our perception of the world and ourselves in it.

ARRIVAL IN NEPAL
Kathmandu - the city of Gods and magic
Upon landing in Kathmandu, you will immediately feel like you have entered another dimension. The city will greet you with a chaotic dance of rickshaws, the smell of incense, and the smiles of locals who seem to have come down from the canvases of ancient mandalas. Our guides will guide you through the labyrinths of reality and introduce you to other expedition participants.
Kathmandu is not just a city, it is a living organism, pulsating with the energy of Gods and demons. Here, every temple is an antenna tuned to cosmic frequencies, every stupa is an accumulator of karmic energy, and every alley is a portal to the past. Swayambhunath and Pashupatinath are not just attractions, but places of power where you can reboot your internal program.

SIGHTSEEING IN KATHMANDU
City of Gods
This day will be dedicated to getting to know the cultural heritage of Nepal. We will go on a tour of UNESCO World Heritage sites. We will visit ancient temples and monasteries that amaze us with their architecture and history.
In the labyrinth of narrow streets of Kathmandu we will find the Kumari Palace, where a living goddess lives, a girl with eyes that reflect infinity. They say that meeting her is like a sip of ice water in the desert of Samsara. But remember, friends, illusion is also a part of reality, and who knows what is hidden behind the mask of a divine child.
In the markets of Kathmandu, where the air is filled with the aromas of curry and incense, you will feel like the heroes of a novel. Traders will whisper to you about the magical properties of amulets, and big-eyed Buddha statues will watch your every move. Do not lose your vigilance, friends, because even in a world of chaos there is a hidden order.
This day will become your personal “Groundhog Day”, where you will be able to look behind the scenes of the universe and see that reality is just a dream that you dream yourself.
3
Flight to Pokhara and transfer to Kagbeni
Kagbeni - to get lost in time
Swapping the bustle of Kathmandu for the measured rhythm of Pokhara, we will switch from techno rave to meditative ambient. Our plane will take us over mountain ranges, revealing views of snow-capped peaks, like white teeth in the smile of the universe.
Pokhara is a city by the lake, a place where mountains meet water, creating the perfect feng shui for the soul. Upon arrival in Pokhara, jeeps will be waiting for us at the airport, which will take us up the serpentine roads to Kagbeni.
Kagbeni is a village lost in time, where every house is a museum, and every resident is a keeper of ancient traditions. In Kagbeni, on the banks of the Kali Gandaki River, an ancient ritual takes place – washing away the ashes of the deceased. This place is considered sacred, because the Kali Gandaki River, according to Hindu mythology, is the incarnation of the goddess Parvati, the wife of Shiva.
We will visit Khag Chod Thupten, one of the most important monasteries of the Sakya school in Mustang. The monastery was founded in 1429 and since then has played an important role in the spiritual life of the region. Khag Chod Thupten is a unique example of traditional Tibetan architecture. Its old wing is the only building in the region that survived the earthquake and is a valuable example of 15th-century building art. Inside the monastery, ancient religious objects, books and statues are kept, which are of great value for Buddhist culture. The monastery continues the traditions of Tibetan Buddhism, and the monks living here actively practice spiritually, conduct rituals and teach young novices.
We will spend the evening by the fireplace, listening to stories of local residents about the legends and myths of Mustang, which will help us immerse ourselves in the atmosphere of this mysterious place. Here we can feel like time travelers, discovering the secrets of an ancient civilization.

Here we can cleanse our karma by plunging into sacred springs and make a wish that will definitely come true. We will walk through the temple complex, where each statue and stupa is a symbol of ancient wisdom, and each sound is a mantra that tunes you to a wave of harmony.

According to legend, it was here that Guru Rinpoche, the founder of Tibetan Buddhism, spent several years in meditation, achieving enlightenment and leaving his mark on history.
